All orders are shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. Please note that processing times may be extended during public holidays, new product launches, limited edition releases, and promotional periods.

We ship all orders via DHL Express.

• OUT-OF-RANGE COUNTRIES
  • Free shipping for orders over USD 180
  • Flat rate of USD 30 for orders under USD 180

Some remote regions or unsupported countries (including certain areas of Australia) may be shipped via regular express post with delivery time of 5–10 business days.

We pack and ship orders daily, so changes are not guaranteed once an order has been confirmed in our system.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to PO Boxes or the following countries:
Russia, China, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Maldives, and certain countries in Africa and the Pacific Islands.

TAXES & DUTIES

We now ship Delivered At Place (DAP). This means import duties, taxes, VAT, and any customs clearance fees are not included in your order total and may be charged by local customs authorities upon delivery.

These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control, calculate, or collect these fees at checkout.

Please ensure you enter your shipping country correctly, as customs requirements vary by destination. Refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, or abandoned by customs.
